I have a mastered Iron Pickaxe but even with that I can't mine it. Wtih Iguana Tweaks, you can actually use the magical wood to get all 11 modifiers, and then replace all the parts. I know this isn't Iguana Tinker Tweaks but is there an edition for it for 1. 1 [] All hostile mobs drop miniature red hearts. Paper bindings/handguards also give an extra modifier.
