What do you all think the requirements for a true 100% game should be? IMO: -Beat Smithy (duh) -Beat Jinx (all three forms) and Culex. You get the Tenor Card by playing the Moleville Blues song to Toadofsky, unlocked only after saving Dyna and Mite. You have to not only figure out how to get the Bright. Proceed through the area until you reach an area with five pipes in a sort of circle (more like a pentagon).
